Life is rarely straightforward. My approach makes room for complexity: the contradictions, the uncertainty and the questions that don't have easy answers.
My practice is informed by an integrative approach, drawing on a range of philosophies and methods to meet your needs as an individual. I'm not a therapist but my approach is therapeutic; if you are working towards specific goals, we do so in the context of you as a whole person: your values, beliefs and experiences are the foundation for insight in the coaching process.
We tend to lead busy lives, juggling various responsibilities and relationships. In coaching sessions, I create space for you to tune into what often gets drowned out by the noise of everyday life. My role is to guide you through a process of self-reflection and learning, gently challenge any unhelpful beliefs, and help you uncover insights you may not be able to see from where you are right now. There can be emotional depth to the work, alongside lightness and laughter.
I work with people from all walks of life: executives, freelancers, managers, creatives, students, coaches and educators, in the UK and beyond.
People typically arrive with big life decisions, transitions and change — including early career, mid-life challenges (including career burnout and menopause), career change and navigating neurodivergence (whether that's exploring an assessment, processing a recent diagnosis, or making sense of a lifelong one).
Some want to build confidence, manage their inner critic or work through imposter phenomenon. Others want to find their voice — in presentations, interviews, or everyday situations where speaking up feels hard. I aim to meet you where you are and understand that this may change from one session to the next.
The best way for you to find out if I'm a good fit for you is to have a conversation. Please book a free 20 minute initial consultation — no obligation and no pressure.
